Once you've submitted a booking request we will confirm whether those dates are available or not.
Once we confirm your booking you have 7 days to make full payment.
If you cancel over a month in advance you will get a complete refund. If cancelled within a month there is no refund.
We'll leave a checklist on the table for you to check before you vacate the property eg: rubbish, clean up etc.
